Gogogu – A New Jewel from Uraga It is with great pleasure that we introduce Gogogu, a new lot of coffee that replaces our proven favourite, Sasaba coffee.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to look for a replacement this year and couldn’t be happier with where we ended up.
Gogogu comes from the Uraga region of eastern Guji, where growers focus on quality over quantity.
The coffee cherries are delivered to one of our closest partner roasters, Tesfaye Bekeleho, where they are carefully sorted and dried on elevated African beds. Flavour Profile The result is a balanced yet luxurious cup of coffee with smooth chocolate notes and a subtle tartness from the stone fruit, complemented by a syrupy mouthfeel.
Gogogu is perfect for both espresso and filter, providing a unique experience with every sip.
This coffee is not just a substitute, but a true discovery that will enchant you with its depth and complexity.
