Simon Lévelt BIO Rooibos Original is a premium organic rooibos tea with a gently sweet, “reddish” flavour and a pleasant aroma. This tea originates from South Africa, the only region in the world where rooibos is naturally grown. The Simon Lévelt brand places strong emphasis on pure ingredients, organic cultivation and an authentic flavour profile – exactly what Rooibos Original delivers.
Rooibos Original Premium Organic Tea is made from 100% organic rooibos, without any added flavourings, sugar or sweeteners. In the cup, it produces a warm red-brown infusion with a gentle, naturally sweet taste and a smooth character. The tea is completely caffeine-free and contains only minimal amounts of tannins (looizuur), making it very gentle on the stomach and preventing bitterness even with longer brewing times.
The absence of caffeine makes this rooibos an ideal tea for evening enjoyment, for children, pregnant women or anyone wishing to avoid stimulating substances. At the same time, it offers a full and satisfying flavour, making it an excellent alternative to traditional teas. It tastes great on its own, but also with milk, plant-based alternatives or lightly sweetened with honey.
